Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Team Leader seeking a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Single Point of Access (SPA) Team within Community Services.
The SPA service is a vital hub that manages all incoming referrals from GPs, patients, hospitals, community IPUs, and other healthcare professionals. As the Administrative Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of this service, supporting a team of seven call handlers who manage referrals via telephone and electronic systems, as well as providing essential administrative support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team in a fast‑paced office environment that is central to the delivery of community healthcare services.
