Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or wholesale support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.

  • Preparing and sending out look books and line sheets.
  • Assisting with showroom set-up and general organisation for appointments.

London (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our London-based wholesale agency on a temporary contract to provide essential administrative support. Working within a close-knit and fast-growing team specialising in advanced contemporary womenswear, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the Wholesale Manager and wider sales team throughout market appointments and showroom activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with uploads to digital platforms and creation of line sheets
  • Preparing and sending out look books and line sheets
  • Assisting with showroom set-up and general organisation for appointments
  • General administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the wholesale department
Skills & Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or wholesale support role is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS Office and Excel
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
