Administrative Support

1M Contract | £12.21ph PAYE | Manchester

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a short-term assignment supporting the migration of business policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) between internal documentation platforms. This time-sensitive project is critical to ensuring operational continuity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transfer policy and SOP content from one platform to another via copy/paste.
  • Verify data accuracy and consistency post-transfer.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracking log of all migrated documents.
  • Flag and report any discrepancies or issues during the migration process.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail (Advanced): Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly and reliably.
  • Organizational Skills (Advanced): Proven experience in managing structured tasks and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency & Typing Skills (Intermediate to Advanced): Efficient in Word and Excel; strong typing speed and accuracy.
