Job summary

Qualifications

  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including use of email, Word, and Excel.
  • A caring and empathetic attitude towards people affected by cancer.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or community-focused role.
  • Experience working or volunteering within the charity or health sector.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team in a dual role combining administrative support and community engagement. The successful candidate will help increase our reach across Northern Ireland, supporting fundraising activities, community connections, and day-to-day charity operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records, and supporting events.
  • Assist with the organisation and promotion of fundraising and awareness activities.
  • Engage with local communities, groups, and businesses to strengthen partnerships and raise the profile of the charity.
  • Support the development of volunteer involvement and community-based initiatives.
  • Assist in managing social media and communications as required.
Skills and Qualifications
