Position: Administrative Scheduler Employment

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Department: Administration / Operations

Start Date: Immediate or TBD

About the Role

are recruiting on behalf of a respected electrical contractor for an Administrative Scheduler. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. You'll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling scheduling requests, and supporting daily administrative operations. Your contribution will be key to maintaining efficient workflows across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars for staff and leadership teams

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas and materials

  • Organise travel arrangements when required

  • Respond to scheduling requests via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Track deadlines and send timely reminders

  • Maintain scheduling software and accurate records

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Support onboarding and training schedules for new team members

  • Help maintain and update LinkedIn and company website with project information

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative, scheduling, or office support roles

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Outlook, Calendly, Teams, Asana, or CRM systems (currently using Job-logic)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting multiple staff or departments

  • Background in the service or construction industry
