Legal Services undertakes both criminal enforcement work on a range of offences that underpin the insolvency regime and civil litigation work arising from director misconduct. These posts will form part of an administrative teams who are responsible for providing support and assistance to the in-house legal team and assisting in the recovery and reconciliation of funds which are payable to LSD.
The Administrative Officer role is key in supporting the work in the Legal Services Directorate. The successful candidates will work as part of an administration team and will be responsible for dealing with a range of administrative and case work matters.
They will work collaboratively and support other administration staff within the team and will be expected to liaise with internal colleagues and external agents.
