A government apprenticeship program in Inverurie is seeking two Modern Apprentice Administration Officers to support customer service delivery. The role involves handling customer enquiries, general administration tasks, and processing applications under agricultural schemes. Successful candidates will work towards a Level 2 Business Administration SVQ and receive support throughout the apprenticeship. You will join the Customer Service Delivery team in Inverurie, part of the Rural and Inspections Division (RPID). RPID has around 600 staff in 17 area offices throughout Scotland, providing a range of services that manage the implementation of agricultural, environmental and rural policies, conduct inspections, process applications for funding and provide high‑quality customer service.
This is a Modern Apprentice opportunity for two Administration Officers. You will support the business in a variety of duties, including the delivery of high‑quality customer service for our farmers and customers, processing subsidy scheme grants and providing effective business support for the office.
During the first 12 months the successful candidate will be expected to gain a relevant Level 2 Business Administration SVQ qualification. Support will be provided by an internal assessor who will work with you on a monthly basis, and time will be made available to pursue your qualification.
