Responsibilities
  • Keep databases and systems accurate and up to date; gather, analyse, and present key data and statistics to support informed decision‑making.
  • Act as the first point of contact, handling incoming communications—telephone calls, emails, and letters—with professionalism and care.
  • Provide vital administrative support to team members: book appointments, manage diaries for the review team, organise meetings, take minutes, and arrange room bookings.
  • Maintain dashboards, rotas, and spreadsheets to help the team stay on track.
  • Liaise directly with care providers, those who call on our support, and other professionals to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
