Your New Company

As the Administrative Coordinator, the role will provide support to the Oncology Regulatory Science, Strategy & Excellence (ORSSE) Transformation program. This includes exercising judgment in determining priorities related to handling calendars, meeting and travel schedules, routine reporting, projects and correspondence. Role will report to the Oncology R&D Chief Operating Office’s (COO) Head of Change and will be deployed to ORSSE Transformation Lead / supporting workstreams.

Your New Role

  • For several Transformation leaders, you will lead sophisticated calendars to schedule meetings, conference calls, videoconferences and special events/workshops; prioritize calendar conflicts
  • Organize multi-location domestic and international travel arrangements as well as live and virtual meetings/workshops.
  • File expense reports and supply orders with accuracy and efficiency for team members, including follow-through to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken
  • Track and support assigned internal projects and processes; generate reports from various internal systems under tight time constraints
  • Manage team websites to update content on a regular basis and ORSSE Hub for information sharing.
  • Produce accurate and properly formatted documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effectively lead special projects and other duties as assigned
  • 5+ years of experience Administrative / Project Co-Ordination– pharma industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience supporting multiple functional leaders
  • Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
  • Ability to interact confidently with executives and employees at all levels
  • Flexible/inventive to adapt to changing needs and deadlines
  • Ability to multitask effectively
