There is now an exciting opportunity to join GemArts to provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of the organisation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive person. The successful applicant will report directly to GemArts’ Director and Board of Trustees, and will work closely with the Learning and Participation Manager, staff and volunteers.

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of GemArts. They will be responsible for various administrative tasks, project planning, maintaining finances and budgets, event support, diary management, preparing board papers, managing meetings, and minute taking. Strong IT skills, organization skills, communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
