A leading legal practice in Bristol is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Banking department. This full-time position involves managing administrative tasks, supporting legal teams, and ensuring efficient office operations. Role profile
We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our Banking department based in our central Bristol office. This is a full‑time position, 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the work, this position is office based.
The Banking support team is made up of PAs and the position reports into the Real Estate Senior PA.
The main purpose of this role is to provide high level administrative support to the PA and legal teams and other areas of the business when requested including but not limited to:
