A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Band 3 Administrative Assistant in York. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role involves administrative support, handling enquiries, and maintaining confidentiality. A minimum of 6 months' administrative experience is required, along with GCSE-level qualifications. This is a part-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Job summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Weight Management Team for a Band 3 Administrative Assistant.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills and be willing to learn and develop new skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and be willing to be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of this very busy department.
We are looking for a colleague who is dynamic, positive, approachable, friendly, and able to work as part of a team; but also shows initiative and has a flexible and patient centred approach, with the ability to drive change. This post is essential to the effective running of the department.
