Job description

We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible after the Christmas holidays/January 2026 (Dependant on satisfactory recruitment checks). We wish to appoint a well organised, enthusiastic and reliable member of staff to join our highly motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception duties and assisting parents and pupils;
  • Providing efficient clerical support within a busy office;
  • First aid;
  • Management of pupil and school data.

It is essential that you have experience of using Microsoft Office and have the ability to multitask and manage your own workload.

This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as stated in the person specification.

Hours & Benefits

Hours: 30 Hours (Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 3.30pm) Term Time Only plus 5 Professional Development Days (The above salary will be pro-rata for term time working and is not the final salary).
