We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Facilities team in our Preston office to provide an enthusiastic, effective and efficient administration service and to ensure that internal and external clients receive a quality service in all respects. You will play a key role in supporting the office with all facilities matters.

This role is based on site 5 days per week in our Preston office and is an entry level, administrative role suitable for college leavers who are looking to start and build a career in an office environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Playing a key role in supporting the office with all facilities matters pertaining to the office such as advising manager of faults and repairs which need attention, liaising with contractors onsite with supervision from the Facilities Supervisor
  • Assisting the partner and service lines with client billings, preparation of letters, internal compliance procedures, general IT queries and assistance with MS office applications including ad hoc administrative duties
  • Responsibility for reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors at reception with the utmost professional courtesy and respect
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms and restoring the room to standard set up after use and ensuring they are fully equipped with relevant RSM collateral where appropriate (note pads, pens, flip charts, refreshments etc.)
