Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our office in Leeds as an Administrative Assistant. This role will offer the team administrative support and facilitate the smooth operating of the office space.

What you will do
  • Manage the enquiry inboxes
  • Assist with general administration and production of insurance documentation
  • Assist with debt management chasers and wholesale accounting queries
  • Ad hoc jobs as requested by the Board (e.g. keeping areas tidy, organising refreshments for guests/meetings, charity or social events, booking meetings, etc.) and you are likely to get involved in projects to support the growth of the business or improve our processes.
Who we are looking for

This is an opportunity for an organised individual with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. You will have a positive upbeat attitude and be able to build relationships easily with internal and external stakeholders. This is a support role so you must be a team player, be able to multi-task and be meticulous in your work. You will be confident, use your initiative, problem solve and be a fast learner.
