A nonprofit organization in Greater London is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, customer service, Microsoft Office, Google application suite, and telephone etiquette. You will play a crucial role in managing queries, directing calls, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience. However, we are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and experience. So even if you do not possess all the skills and experience, do still apply if you are interested.
In-person: Monday - Friday. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
The successful candidate will be based in our south London site at Brixton twice a week and will be required to work from our new training centre in Barking, East London, once a week.
Hourly rate: £14 per hour
Start Date: January 2025
