The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and office support services to the London office. This role works closely with the Sr. Administrative Assistant and supports the day-to-day operations of the office and contributes to the successful execution of a wide range of projects and initiatives. The Administrative Assistant collaborates across teams to coordinate office needs, manage priorities, and ensure a high standard of service and professionalism. The role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to respond effectively to changing needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
  • General Administration – Provide general administrative and case support, as defined by local office, for consulting and administrative teams. Work with all departments across firm (e.g. HR, Marketing, Events, Travel, IT).
  • Reception – Provide reception coverage.
  • Participate in the organization of large and small office parties/events (on-site and off-site). Work with and/or facilitate office event planning committees. Support the Corporate Events Team as needed.
  • Help with travel bookings through a travel agency for the office team.
  • Support senior staff - prepare, submit and track expenses reports, help client’s restaurant booking, etc.
  • Catering Coordination – Fulfill all catering request for on-site meetings.
  • Operations Support - Place local office weekly orders and assist with resolving facilities and service issues.
  • Meeting Support – Assist with the arrangement of client and company meetings, including room booking, AV equipment and IT requests.
  • Support other projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of substantive relevant experience is required.
  • Equivalent of 3-4 years Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience preferred.
  • Strong PC capability using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Internet research.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player, proactively supporting colleagues and contributing to shared team objectives.
  • Proven adaptability and resilience, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong client service orientation, with a consistent record of responsiveness, professionalism, and high-quality service in interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain professional composure at all times.
  • An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.
