Job description

Our Biopharmaceutical client is the world leader in delivering therapeutics that provide meaningful advances to patients who live with serious and life‑threatening rare genetic diseases. They target diseases that lack effective therapies and affect relatively small numbers of patients, many of whom are children. These conditions are often inherited, difficult to diagnose, progressively debilitating and have few, if any, treatment options.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings with participants and stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel and other administrative tasks>
  • Coordinating catering for on‑site critical meetings
  • Raising purchase orders on Ariba
  • Manage accruals
  • Systems support
  • Generates monthly reports and metrics
  • Planning and execution of site events
  • Supports Site communication
  • Planning and organizing team building/site activities
  • Maintaining distribution lists
  • Managing training curricula and administration
  • Onboarding support for new hires
  • Responsible for content and maintenance of the Sharepoint site
  • Act as the site “go‑to‑person” for general operational or administrative inquiries
  • Site SME on MS teams
  • Ad Hoc projects

  • This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite in the London office.
