A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support its commercial team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Organize catering and logistics for critical on-site meetings
  • Raise purchase orders and manage accruals
  • Provide systems support and generate monthly reports/metrics
  • Plan and execute site events and team-building activities
  • Support onboarding and training administration for new hires
  • Maintain distribution lists and internal communications
  • Manage content on internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Act as the go-to person for operational and administrative inquiries
  • Serve as the site expert for Microsoft Teams
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects
What You Bring
  • 5–10 years of administrative experience, including support for global teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Experience coordinating complex travel and using expense management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence
