What you'll do
  • Supporting the leadership team by coordinating the monthly business rhythm
  • Creating team newsletters and employee communications
  • General administrative tasks including calendar management, correspondence, meeting minutes and actions, editing presentations, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, expense reports, business supplies, swag, etc.
  • Work closely with the IT Department coordinating on behalf of employee’s service requests, such as laptop issues, equipment upgrades and meeting support
  • Planning and managing onsite catering and offsite business dinners
  • Coordinate and submit Visitor Access Requests
  • Coordinate access to conference rooms and meeting spaces
The day-to-day
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including correspondence and word processing
  • Work closely with team on operational and business strategies in support of aligning the business area’s vision and goals
  • Assist with meeting minutes and actions, editing presentations, etc.
  • Support team with proposals.
  • Planning and managing onsite catering including onsite and offsite lunches, happy hours, social events, and holiday parties.
  • Purchase business supplies, equipment, and swag through company P-Card.
  • Check in and/or escort visitors.
  • Support hosting events, lunch and learns, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Submit work orders for Facilities team.
What you'll need
  • 5+ years’ experience providing administrative support
  • Meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
What will help you on the job
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Advanced web-based tool skills (SharePoint, Concur, etc.)
