Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Support compliance and regulatory documentation processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organised and professional at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
