Our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage client implementations for a range of cash management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client implementations from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to establish project timelines and maintain clear communication regarding project status.
- Identify potential risks and provide swift resolutions to issues.
- Manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate KYC and Legal documentation for client onboarding.
- Keep stakeholders informed on onboarding progress and any related challenges.
- Connect with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and influence processes where necessary.
- Complete product and service setups, maintaining a central repository for documentation.
