A community support organization in Carmarthen is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the management team. The role involves handling phone calls, emails, recruitment documentation, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills. The position offers 16 hours per week with a salary of £10,475 per annum. Plant Dewi is a family support project. It has a remit to nurture families and strengthen communities in the Diocese of St Davids through its five areas of work; family centres, families together groups, work with young parents, work with dads and Baby Bundle.
The post holder will have a remit to provide assistance to the Plant Dewi management team through completing day to day administrative tasks. The post holder must have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and other IT programmes. The post holder will at all times respect the confidential nature of the post.
