A local primary school in Burgess Hill is seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure a welcoming environment and support communication within the school. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and support the educational and social needs of children. This permanent role offers 15 hours of work per week during term time, with a competitive salary based on Grade 4.5, approximately £25,583 pro rata per annum.

Administrative Assistant

Salary: Grade 4.5, £25,583 pro rata per annum.

Start Date: September 2025.

Contract: 15 hrs per week, term time only, Permanent.

Working Hours: Wednesday and Friday 8:30 – 16:30.
