Administrative and Clerical Officer - Dorset Breast Screening Unit

The Dorset Breast Screening Unit is looking for a self‑motivated person with good attention to detail to support the Office Manager in fulfilling the requirements of the NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) for Dorset and the Trust Symptomatic Breast Service. The role supports initiatives aimed at reducing the DNA rate and improving uptake within the service. This is a permanent contract working alongside a dedicated administration and clerical team.

The candidate will need to be willing to learn and assimilate new systems and processes quickly, working with a multidisciplinary team to adhere to the NHSBSP and Trust guidelines and procedures. The unit is modern and innovative, inviting over 40,000 women from Dorset for breast screening each year and supporting a busy symptomatic service.
