Responsibilities

The post holder is directly responsible for the day-to‑day operational management of the administration team within the planned care service for both the St Albans & Harpenden Team and the Care Home Team. They will work collaboratively with team members to coordinate and deliver a high quality of service, manage resources effectively and support the achievement of key performance indicators and strategic objectives.

  • Line management of the administration team.
  • Operational and performance management.
  • Staff management, training and personal development.
  • Provision of high quality personal assistant services to the Locality Manager.
  • Administration and communication support to clinical teams.
  • Data collection, reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Assist the Locality Manager with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Other responsibilities as required.
