Job summary

A large healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an administrative support officer to manage administrative duties and data within the Haemophilia Centre. This role supports the Operational Manager and facilitates treatment programs for patients with bleeding disorders. The candidate will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This position is critical to ensuring effective patient service and requires strong organizational skills. Job description

The shift pattern for this post is 37 hours Monday to Friday, hours TBC

As an administrative support officer you are responsible for the provision of the administrative duties and the collation and monitoring of data within the Haemophilia Centre at Glasgow Royal Infirmary (GRI) which when reported ensures a cost effective and comprehensive service for patients with bleeding disorders.

This post supports the Operational Manager and is necessary to facilitate a home delivery programme of treatment for haemophilia patients as well as the monitoring of treatment to patients within the hospital setting.
