The Governing Body of Blaenhonddan Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated, well‑organised person with excellent inter‑personal and ICT skills, to work in a busy school office.
We are looking for someone with outstanding communication as well as minute‑taking and typing skills as this role involves a high level of interaction with others, on the phone, by email as well as face‑to‑face.
The position will be 3 days per week
9.00 - 3.00 with a 30 minute lunch break.
Applicants should be able to work under pressure, remain calm, meet deadlines, ensure discretion and be able to provide an efficient service whilst coping with demands and interruptions.
Previous experience of a busy office/school office and/or experience of SIMS, VISION / I‑TRENT, CITRUS, WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL and ORACLE would be an advantage.
