JOB TITLE: Administration Officer - Maintenance and Repairs Complaints Team REF: SHA 1000251015581531 Pay rate: Up to £17.00 per hour PAYE Contract Type: Temporary, Anticipated 1 to 2 months Working Arrangement: Assume office based

In order to apply for this role you will have previous admin and complaints experience ideally within a social housing maintenance and repairs team along with good knowledge of Excel.

The role:

On behalf of a local council, we are seeking an Administration Officer to provide an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the regional teams within the a Housing Maintenance and Repairs Services. You will support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints.

What the client is looking for:
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Previous experience of investigating and responding to complaints
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • NVQ2 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) is desirable
  • Full, current driving licence is desirable
