Job Overview

Lady Lumley's Academy are looking to appoint an Administration Officer to join our academy on a part time permanent basis. This position is part of a Job Share, offering a flexible part‑time role with the trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England.

Your Role

You will be working within the busy environment of the school office, providing routine clerical and administrative support and additional support in receptionist duties as required. You will also be responsible for leading on transport provision within the school, liaising with external providers, drivers and staff; arranging cover for teacher absences; and playing a key role in improving the school's online presence through social media, website and effective communication.

Working Pattern

This post is part of a Job Share. Working days are Wednesday afternoons (12pm to 4pm) and Thursday and Friday (8am to 4pm). There can be some flexibility around the timings of the days.

Hours

19 hours per week, Term Time only plus 10 days (40 weeks). The role is permanent and set in an idyllic location. We make the most of fantastic sporting facilities and run an immensely popular Duke of Edinburgh experience alongside over 30 Enrichment Clubs.
