Our Casual Administration team is the perfect place to start!

Everything You Need to Know

You will play a key role in keeping our hospital running smoothly. You’ll work on a shift/rotating roster with availability across the week, including weekends, and may be called in as needed. You’ll have the chance to work across areas such as:

  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Admissions
  • Day Surgery
  • Theatres and Couriers

You will be welcoming patients, answering phones, and helping with admissions by updating patient details. You’ll work closely with nursing staff and other administration teams, assisting with data entry and general clerical tasks. You’ll also clerk patients into the Emergency Department and help manage the switchboard, directing calls to the right departments.
