Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced administrationcandidates to join our busy administration team. We currently have the following part time vacancies for Band 3 Administration Officers in the Department of Psychology based at Bensham Hospital, Fontwell Drive, Gateshead NE8 4YL.
1 x 22.5hrs (working Wednesday to Friday inclusive)
1 x 30hrs (working Tuesday to Friday inclusive)
This is a very busy service and the successful post holders will be members of the admin team to support the multi-disciplinary clinical team to provide a comprehensive, high quality administrative service at all times.
The post holders must facilitate excellent customer service and be confident in dealing with service users face to face as well as on the telephone. You will undertake a variety of admin duties as assigned by the Administration Team Lead/Administration Manager/Consultant Clinical Psychologists.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate recent proven 12 month experience in the following administration skills that are required for this post:
