Job Purpose
To provide an efficient, professional, and comprehensive administrative and support service to the regional teams withinMaintenance Services, ensuring that operational, compliance, and reporting standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide managers and colleagues with accurate guidance, information, and practical advice on business support services, ensuring compliance with Group policies and relevant legislation.
- Deliver, maintain, and monitor effective administrative systems that support service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collect, process, and maintain data/information to support financial decision-making and reporting.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and processes to ensure timely and accurate provision of information.
- Support management in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents and contractors.
- Investigate and respond to service shortfalls and complaints effectively.
- Contribute to special projects and programmes aligned with the Groups values and objectives.
- Ensure a full understanding of responsibilities concerning Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, and Safeguarding.
