A non-profit organization is seeking an Administration Officer to support a responsive maintenance team. The role involves running reports, liaising with stakeholders, and creating purchase orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft skills and experience in a similar role. A valid driving licence is essential. £28,376 - £29,870 per year
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Supporting a wider Responsive maintenance team across the North and Northwest, this post sits within a small administrative team, incorporating 3x Works Co‑Ordynators in addition to this post. The team provides a high-quality, responsive maintenance and surveying service to the North and Northwest of England, which is delivered by 9x separate operational teams within these areas.
