Administration Officer

Hindle House, Banbury

£29,795 - £31,363 per year

40 hours per week

We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Fire Planning team, based in Banbury. The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and comprehensive support and administrative services to the regional teams within the Sanctuary Maintenance Services.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor overdue fire servicing and investigate why they are overdue
  • Run daily reports and update spreadsheets
  • Raise purchase orders and GRN invoices
  • Send certificates and remedial forms to the Service Delivery Managers to ensure the quotes are correct before works are carried out
Skills and experiences
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems
