A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking an Admin Manager to support their expanding Virtual Ward. The role involves providing administrative support, developing monitoring systems, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The Virtual Ward is expanding and in order for us to continue to grow, we are looking for an Admin Manager that will join our team and support the service to develop further.
We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, can support the team with administration tasks, work with and analyse data and can work flexibly within a busy environment.
You will provide administrative support to the virtual ward team and will be responsible for developing administrative systems to ensure robust monitoring of the service.
You will work as part of a wider multi‑disciplinary team to ensure the effective running of the service including call handling, appointments and follow‑ups, tracking of equipment and setting up meetings, etc. This role continues to evolve as the service develops and may include a staff management element as the team expands.
