IPS Finance is working with a fast‑growing, forward‑thinking accountancy practice based in Keighley. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead the administrative operations, support the team, and help shape the systems that keep the office running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a key senior management position, ideal for someone who thrives on creating order, improving processes, and bringing people together. You will be the vital link between the account managers, payroll and VAT teams, and the Directors — ensuring efficiency, clarity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day practice administration and office management
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office systems and procedures
  • Ensure all employees adhere to established processes
  • Support managers and team leads across accounts, payroll and VAT
  • Maintain high standards of client confidentiality and data handling
  • Manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities with confidence and tact
  • Champion a positive, organised and professional working environment
