Administration Manager

Location: Muswell Hill, London N10 1PL

Salary: £33,090 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9.00 am‑5.00 pm

We are an elderly care home run by a forward‑thinking national charitable organisation, seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Support processing, monitoring and effective systems management of relevant staff and resident information (financial and non‑financial).
  • Collate and communicate accurate data, highlight anomalies/risks promptly to drive quality and continuous improvement.
  • Provide effective administration services including payroll processing, staff rotas, holiday collation, recruitment, leave data, absence management and staff training.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries promptly and accurately.
  • Serve as the systems expert on the team, supporting business/system changes, ensuring safe data transfer from old to new systems, and maintaining compliance with new ways of working.
  • Handle confidential information with professional, discreet behaviour, demonstrating the organisation’s values.
