A local educational institution in Langley seeks an enthusiastic Administration, Events & Procurement Officer. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across multiple departments while managing competing priorities. Responsibilities include supporting operational requirements during school holidays. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. This term-time position offers a supportive work environment.
37 hours per week, term-time + 5 days. Scale 5, points 12 (£29,670) – 17 (£32,094) p.a. pro rata (actual pro‑rata pay £25,435 – £27,513). Required as soon as possible.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and experienced Administrator to join our team and provide high‑quality administrative support across multiple departments in this varied role. The successful candidate will be organised and able to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional manner.
This is a term‑time position with the expectation of an additional five days during the school holidays, arranged by negotiation to meet operational requirements.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of administrative staff within a friendly and supportive school community comprising approximately 1,280 students and 130 staff.
