Administration, Events & Procurement Officer

37 hours per week, term-time + 5 days. Scale 5, points 12 (£29,670) – 17 (£32,094) p.a. pro rata (actual pro‑rata pay £25,435 – £27,513). Required as soon as possible.

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and experienced Administrator to join our team and provide high‑quality administrative support across multiple departments in this varied role. The successful candidate will be organised and able to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an educational or similar setting is desirable.
Working Conditions

This is a term‑time position with the expectation of an additional five days during the school holidays, arranged by negotiation to meet operational requirements.

School Community

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of administrative staff within a friendly and supportive school community comprising approximately 1,280 students and 130 staff.
