Overview

Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for an Administration co-ordinator role for our client based in Worcester. Our client is a well-known professional manufacturer of functional bakery ingredients, alongside offering customer bespoke solutions and blends.

Responsibilities
  • Process and track sales and purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Allocate, monitor, and control stock for customer orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide first-class customer service, escalating issues to the sales team as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales process improvements and best practices.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the sales function.
  • Provide administrative support to the UK leadership team across a wide range of areas.
  • Support with import administration and documentation.
Requirements
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
  • Willing to travel between Worcester and Kidderminster sites.
  • Have good knowledge of SAP, Office 365, and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Administration co-ordinator role is a 5-day working week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week).
  • Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour depending on experience.
  • Free on-site parking and canteen available.
  • 26 days annual leave (pro rata if not full-time) plus 8 bank holidays covered by the employer policy (if applicable).
  • Weekly pay and payslips viewable through an online portal; Pension auto-enrolment.
