📍 Location: Leeds City Centre

💷 Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

🕒 Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm, with some flexibility)

📅 Contract: Temporary (4 to 6 weeks)

About the Role

Our client, based in Leeds City Centre, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide short-term support for an initial period of 4 to 6 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is available immediately and confident working in a busy office environment. The role will be fully office-based and focused on providing efficient and accurate administrative support to help the team manage a temporary increase in workload.

  • Processing and submitting DBS requests
  • Running reports and maintaining records
  • Conducting follow-up calls and emails to internal and external contacts
  • Carrying out accurate data entry and general admin tasks
