A local primary school in Halesowen is seeking a Part-time Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, assisting with various tasks such as telephone management, data entry, and first aid. Position: Part‑time Administration Assistant
Location: Hurst Green Primary School
Contract Type: Permanent, 12 hours per week (Thursdays & Fridays 6 hours per day), 39 weeks per year
Start Date: 1 January 2026
Salary: £24,796.00 to £25,185 pro rata. Hourly rate £12.85 to £13.05

You will be the first point of contact for staff, pupils, parents and visitors. Duties will include a variety of tasks such as answering and directing telephone calls, providing general administrative support, data entry, reprographics, administering first aid and distribution of stock/orders.
