A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant at Bronglais General Hospital. This role involves various administrative duties, including typing, database management, and providing telephone support to patients. Candidates should have relevant administrative qualifications and IT skills. Ability to speak Welsh is a plus. This is a permanent position with ongoing support for Welsh language development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cardiac team in Bronglais General Hospital. Applications are invited from efficient and suitably qualified individuals for the post of a part time Administration Assistant based at Bronglais General Hospital, Ceredigion on a permanent basis.
The post holder will provide a range of administrative duties, which will include undertaking typing duties, using word processing i.e. letters and general typing, to include filing of clinical and non-clinical correspondence. Duties will also include scanning, photocopying and ordering office supplies. The post holder will provide administrative support in respect of keeping databases up to date and providing information for reporting purposes as required and booking and completing of clinics. There will also be some telephone services to the patients.
The post holder will adhere to the Health Board Guidelines and undertake any other duties as appropriate to the nature and grade of the post.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
