An environmental charity is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant to support HR, Facilities & Compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring systems are accurate and compliant while contributing to the smooth running of the organization. The ideal candidate should have proven administrative experience and a proactive approach. This role offers a friendly working culture committed to community improvement.
Job Title: Administration Assistant – HR, Facilities & Compliance
Salary: £24,000 – £25,500 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part Time – 18-22 Hours per week
Location: Head Office, Newton Aycliffe

Groundwork is looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrator to support our HR, Facilities & Compliance functions. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll contribute to the smooth running of our organisation and help us make a real difference in local communities. As our Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support across HR operations, volunteer administration, health & safety, and facilities management. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, ensuring our systems, records, and processes are accurate, compliant, and running efficiently.
Experience in HR, health & safety, facilities, administration is an advantage but not essential.
