A luxury department store in London is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Restaurants & Kitchens team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the hospitality industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join our successful Harrods Restaurants & Kitchens office team and support our daily operations on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
As an Admin assistant, you’ll act as the vital support for the team within the offices of Restaurants & Kitchens. This role will sit in a centralised function that supports the team operations with admin assistance, reporting, database management and tasks that arise from the senior team.
You’ll provide administration support for the Operations team and chefs, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
You’ll have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role and an ideally have a clear understanding of the hospitality industry.
