Administration Assistant - Community Equipment & Wheelchair Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time B3 Administration Assistant following a service redesign within the Community Equipment and Wheelchair Services Administration Teams. The role of Administration Assistant for Community Equipment Services and Wheelchair Services will be to provide day to day administrative support to the management of the community equipment contract as directed by the contract analyst. To provide frontline support to 2000 prescribers for the TCES ordering system. To support wheelchair services with day to day administration functions as directed by the senior administrator . The postholder will have administration experience, proficient IT skills and be able to provide high quality customer focused support. We will also welcome internal applicants to apply for a secondment into this role. Main duties of the job

To provide administrative support to the contracting team in managing the community equipment and wheelchair service contracts. The community equipment service contracting team is currently based at the Disability Resource Centre in Bury St Edmunds. Opportunities for hybrid working will be considered for this position.

KEY TASKS:

The role is split into various categories of responsibility. The post holder will be required to manage their time and workload efficiently and effectively. This role will be managed as part of the Trust's flexitime package offered by the Trust.
