A healthcare partnership in Goole is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to support Community Nursing Teams. The role requires providing administrative support and driving across various locations. Candidates must possess strong organisational and communication skills, be motivated, and hold a UK driving license. City Health Care Partnership Integrated Nursing and Conditions Service have a vacancy for a part time Band 3 Administration Assistant to support the Community Nursing Teams.
The post holder will be based at Goole Health Centre and will be required to work 22.5 hours per week across 3 days of which will need to include a Wednesday & Friday . There will also be a requirement for the post holder to work at other bases as and when required. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a current UK driving license as there is an expectation that you will drive the CHCP lease cars across bases and for repair and maintenance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to provide comprehensive administrative support to the service. Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
