Position Summary

City Health Care Partnership Integrated Nursing and Conditions Service have a vacancy for a part time Band 3 Administration Assistant to support the Community Nursing Teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

The post holder will be based at Goole Health Centre and will be required to work 22.5 hours per week across 3 days of which will need to include a Wednesday & Friday . There will also be a requirement for the post holder to work at other bases as and when required. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a current UK driving license as there is an expectation that you will drive the CHCP lease cars across bases and for repair and maintenance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to provide comprehensive administrative support to the service. Candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
