Location: Warrington, Lowton

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 30 mins lunch break

Salary: £26,000-£27,000 per annum

What You’ll Do

As the backbone of our office, you7ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Call Handling: Initially you will learn the ropes by focusing on call handling to support the team before moving into the rest of the admin duties.
  • Office Coordination: Keep on top of things by managing schedules, organising meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in the preparation and filing of essential documents, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Communication Hub: Be the friendly voice and welcoming face for visitors and clients, handling inquiries with a smile. Rarely customers come to the office, but providing documents / keys if necessary.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to our teams, helping with project coordination and various tasks as needed.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, keeping information organised and accessible for our team.
Qualifications
  • A cheerful and can-do attitude aligned to the positive office atmosphere.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - because the little things matter!
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
