Administration Assistant

£26,325 per annum – £13.50 per hour

Daventry, Northants

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 7am to 3pm.

Permanent – Immediate start available.

The Role

Our long established manufacturing client based in Daventry are recruiting for a permanent Administration Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep updated supplier and customer pricing.
  • Assist Accounts Department with processing purchase orders.
  • Communicate with customer enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Keep up‑to‑date records and maintenance schedules, Personnel, Health & Safety documents, training logs & production schedules.
  • Assist Managers and Company Directors with any ad‑hoc tasks required.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of Sage 50.
  • Very good customer service skills both verbal and written.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
