Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Outpatient Team within the Dermatology Department for a Band 2 Administration Assistant.

Post holders will provide an efficient reception service to clinicians and patients, working both independently and as part of a team while following all policies and procedures.

Main Duties

• Provide face‑to‑face reception duties, including checking in/out patients and making appointments. • Maintain an organised approach to work with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
